I guess I just wasn’t paying much attention.  I didn’t realize that when YouTube and NBC signed an agreement to work together it actually meant more than just NBC videos on YouTube.  But tonight Jay Leno showcased several popular YouTube videos, and I have to believe this will be a popular sideshow for The Tonight Show.

Sure, I had already seen all of the videos that were showcased, but I wonder how many of Jay’s viewers are as freaky tech oriented as I am (or as you are!).

So this seems to be a bigger deal than I first thought it was.

Still curious how YouTube plans on making money though.
