“Run it like you own it, but never forget you don’t”

I heard that about 20 years ago from the Radio Shack District Manager who handed me the keys to the first business I ever truly “ran”.

I have always followed his advice, and it has served me well.

He also had a lot of other advice like, “I am not afraid to spend money to make money - when it makes sense”
