I’ve taken advantage of the storm to get some work done around the house, and to read.  This morning I re-read a favorite of mine, The Mote in God’s Eye.

I enjoyed it as much today as I did in 1975 or so, when I first read it.  And the 3-4 times I have read it in between. 

It’s good to take a “brain-drain” day and just putter around and read something you enjoy.
