I have five Joost invites…

To the first five people that leave a rational and relevant comment somewhere on Paul’s blog then come back here and leave a comment to this post linking back to your comment on Paul’s blog.
Server logs (GMT time) will be the deciding factor. Judges may be stupid (me), but if they are, their opinion is still final. Cash value is zero. If this harms your computer you shouldn’t have installed it. Your partition will be deleted and all data lost (maybe) if you continue, and all them other warnings.

So, out of curiousity, have you noticed a change in performance in this latest rendition of Joost? I was watching something and suddenly it froze and never would play for me again. I need to leave a comment on the Joost site about it…

I have the same issue (on my Vista machine). It works much better on my XP machine. It also always tells me I am not connected to the Joost server on the Vista machine, yet is can reach the content.
I guess that’s why it’s still in beta - but you would think it would be a bit more stable by now.

Yup, froze here too… which is pretty rare for Florida…
Btw, where’s that thing’s off button? And no, I don’t WANT to keep it in ’standby’ mode.

@Paul - put it in standby mode, right click the try icon and select exit. That’s the only way I’ve found (besides killing it with Task Mgr)
